Address data is one of the few things you buy where the licence matters as much as the product. A provider using unlicensed PAF data can put its own customers in scope of a claim — that is what happened to getAddress.io in 2025. So don't take our word for any of this. Check it.

SnapAddress is operated by Clearpath Labs Ltd under a Royal Mail PAF Solutions Provider Licence.
How to check with Royal Mail
Royal Mail's Address Management Unit administers PAF licensing and can be contacted at address.management@royalmail.com. Ask them about the licence status of Clearpath Labs Ltd.

What licensed data means for you
