Does it work with WooCommerce Checkout Blocks?+
Yes. The plugin registers as a native Checkout Blocks integration, and also supports the classic shortcode-based checkout for stores that haven't migrated.
Is it HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) compatible?+
Yes. The plugin is declared HPOS-compatible and works with WooCommerce's modern order storage as well as the legacy posts tables.
Do I need to touch any code?+
No. Install the plugin, paste your API key, and the postcode lookup appears on your checkout automatically — classic or blocks, no theme changes, no developer needed.
What happens if the API is down or my credits run out?+
The checkout falls back to manual address entry. Customers can still complete their order without the lookup — no hard dependency, no failed checkouts.
Do you store my customers' addresses?+
No. Address lookups are a pass-through: we return results to your store, but don't retain the addresses your customers select. We log the postcode queried for billing and abuse prevention, and keep those logs for 13 months.
